Brendan Sciarra named Poppi’s after his grandfather, “Poppi” Sciarra.
The brick oven pizza created here is a traditional Neapolitan method that
was taught to us by World Pizza Championship Gold Medal winner, Giulio
Adriani. Mr. Adriani helped us choose the finest and best local ingredients
to create an incredible pizza in our top of the line brick oven.
We aspire to serve up hand-crafted Italian fare to the island,
always using fresh ingredients and delicious flavors
